Our Team

Rita is an executive assistant at Pillars. She brings seven years of experience providing administrative and strategic advising support to c-level leaders across sectors. Prior to her office management roles, Rita was a makeup artist at Chanel and studied fashion production. She continues to complement her tactical and organizational management skills with her creative passions: fashion and beauty. Alongside her work at Pillars, Rita is a makeup artist and regularly works on the production of photoshoots and commercials. As an energetic and resourceful member of the team, Rita thrives under pressure and is known for her compassionate approach. She is the proud dog mom of Elvis, the French bulldog. Although currently living in Germany, Rita is a Portuguese native who loves traditional food from her country and good wine.

I’m good at organization and time management. My cardio is to organize kitchen cupboards and folders on the computer. Everything labeled and in the right place gives me peace of mind. Needless to say, my favorite tv show is "The Home Edit". For almost everything, I make lists and write them down so that nothing gets away from me. I like to have my day organized by time batching.

I’m bad at cooking. Although I love good food, cooking is not my strong suit. The Thermomix is my best friend, and the greatest act of love you can do for me is to cook me dinner.

I’m learning about candle making. I love candles, especially if they are scented. Likewise, I really enjoy making crafts, it's almost like therapy, and adding essential oils to it is a whole sensory experience. I can only recommend!
